Delsol Picpoul de Pinot

 The wine has a golden colour and is dry with green glints. On the nose it is fruity and floral with hawthorn and lime tree fragrances. On the palate it is lively and fresh with a a great balance of acidity and roundness.

It is a perfect match with shellfish and grilled fish.

The 20 hectares of Domaine Delsol are located on the Etang de Thau and surrounded by pine forests. The lands benefit from cool offshore breezes that temper the heat. The legend says that Hannibal's elephants passed through what was to become the Domaine on their way to Rome.
