The colour is a deep ruby red. The bouquet is harmonious with generous red fruit, green peppers, followed by a touch of spicy notes. The full-bodied mouth has ample weight with silky tannins in the finish.

Serve this wine at 17°C with lamb chops, or on any casseroles, grilled meats, cheeses
