Langmeil Christians Journey
Deep crimson with purple hues, the aromas of blackcurrants intertwine with savoury, black olive and dusty characters creating lovely complexity with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The juicy palate is balanced wonderfully with briary spice and fine yet firm tannins. Quite a long and spicy finish with a little roasty, savouriness which helps complete the picture.
A perfect match with richly flavoured meats, game or mature cheddars.
Cabernet Sauvignon is the unsung hero of Barossa wine. This wine has been carefully matured in new and seasoned French, achieving the structure, depth and balance expected from this premium Australian.
