Big, oaky nose of caramel, toast, coconut and butter, with lemon pie, yellow apple, and tropical fruit in the background. Full bodied with more of the same flavours on the palate, plus greener grapefruit and asparagus. Long, oaky finish. -> Verdict: Lush, opulent, oaky goodness. 90/100 -> Food match: Lobster in Chive Butter.
