Sales Information
Rip-roaring Reserva blend from southern Portugal's Alentejano region, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Portuguese native Touriga Nacional forms the basis of an international recipe with Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon making up this full-throttle blend. Massively aromatic, with blackcurrant, blackberry, menthol and vanilla to the fore, the palate is full and concentrated with wonderful complexity and length, and a finesse that belies its boistrous brawn.
Decant for 1-2 hours before pouring into the biggest glasses you can find.

The Vineyard
Santos & Seixo is a modern project based in Alentejo, southern Portugal, but with vineyard interests in Alentejo, the Douro, and other key winemaking regions. The goal of founders Alzira dos Santos and Pedro Seixo is simple: to showcase the best of what Portugal has to offer, whether by region or grape, with minimal intervention so the wine represents the terroir and not the winemaker. The eye-catching pop-art labels refer to the "saints" (santos) amongst us - we'll happily remain the sinners, stealing these wines away from their homeland.
