A deep, dense colour. A wine in the image of the Corbières – untamed, pure and full of character. A bouquet of sun-drenched black fruit with delicate notes of garrigue herbs (thyme, rosemary). Powerful on the palate, developing toasted, spicy flavours combined with a mocha note. A distinctive wine which will become even more generous with time.

A wine of tamed power… Grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and are selected one by one. The wine is matured for twelve months in French oak barrels (80 % new, 20 % one year old) for which fine grain wood is selected to develop length and elegance. Icône is the seal of excellence identifying our top wines.

91%
Crystal clear golden colour. A fruity, fresh and delicate nose dominated by citrus, lifted by notes of white flowers and apricot. The taste is astonishing because of its balance and harmony with the nose. The finish is long and mineral with great finesse. The two very different areas where white Grenache grow give this wine great balance, a blend of richness and freshness, fruit and minerality.
