Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Rose

Tasting Notes

St. Tropez meets Bordeaux in this dry, fruity rosé, which is a favourite of Gordon Ramsay’s sommelier.

Pale, a very pretty pink, fruity and dry. The Cabernet Franc gives the wine its refreshing acidity and a satisfying, mineral edge, while the Merlot plumps it out with a little extra fruitiness.

This lovely number is also the house rosé for Rick Stein’s seafood restaurant in Cornwall. As well as a being a lovely summer wine, can be drunk all year round with any food that’s quite spicy, whether it be a Thai green curry or a pizza with pepperoni.
