Tasting Notes

A white wine with a rare finesse and elegance. The nose expresses aromas of candied citrus fruits, peaches and white flowers underscored by light brioche notes. The mouth is round and supple on the fruit.

The vineyard

Château Blomac is an elegant 18th-century building and a 130-hectare estate in the heart of Languedoc, a land rich in history, culture and traditions. Its wines are the fruit of close collaboration between Olivier Mandeville and Paul Sapin. Paul Sapin’s staff work closely with growers, monitoring the wines’ quality and playing an active part in making them.

The Château Blomac vineyard, which lies in the heart of the Minervois appellation area, groups together parcels of noble varieties: the white ones are located on the cooler land on either side of the Canal du Midi and the parcels of red grapes stretch out to the foothills of the Montagne Noire.
